Incredible Like You!
When I attended OnStage Live in Orlando this past November, one of the highlights was getting to see the new Occasions Catalog early and this stamp set caught my eye immediately! Not only did I love that it was a 2-step stamp set but the sentiments are perfect for so many occasions! It was an instant favorite and one I knew I had to have as soon as I could order it! Much to my surprise, that happened sooner than later when Stampin’ Up! gave this set to all 6000+ demonstrators in attendance at OnStage! You could probably hear me screaming all the way back to Louisville! Oh did I mention that there is a matching card kit too that is just AWESOME! I see a card kit class being offered in the near future! 
Once I got home and started playing with the set, I knew I would be using it over and over because the possibilities with this blossom and different ink color combinations are endless! One of the projects we did at my January Flex Club was this super easy post it note holder! It’s a tried and true favorite that I have made numerous times of the years and my clubbers LOVED it! When folded flat, it looks like a normal size card and fits in a standard envelope.
I stamped the sentiment in Momento Black Ink on the whisper white first so I knew where to place my flowers. I used Gorgeous Grape for the blossom – stamping off once for the solid image, and Pear Pizazz for the stems and leaves. TIP: I found it easier to line up the two flower images if I stamped the dark outline image first and then stamped the solid image second. Don’t you just love how the images pop with the black layer? I attached the focal point using dimensionals to a quarter sheet of Gorgeous Grape that was embossed with the Layered Leaves Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing folder. Try saying that 3 times without messing up! Did you notice that amazing Organdy Ribbon in Highland Heather that matches perfectly? To make this project you need the following:
- 1 piece of Gorgeous Grape cut at 4 1/4 x 11 (known as hotdog style) and scored at 2 3/4 and 5 1/2.
- 1 piece of Gorgeous Grape cut at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
- 1 piece of Basic Black cut at 4 1/4 x 3 1/4
- 1 piece of Whisper White cut at 3 x 3
